GENESIS

Kendriya Vidyalaya NTPC Badarpur was established in August 1981 under Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Ministry of Education. It was initially set up as a project school in partnership with the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), primarily to serve the children of project employees.
